The term AO designates a shade of blue in Japanese. A blue-green shade that evokes both the sky and the sea and also describes plant tints. Between heaven, earth and sea, AO offers creative cuisine, full of flavors. It is inspired by fresh products, mostly of local or regional origin and seasonal. You will enjoy dishes that reflect the chef's journey. They are made from local ingredients and worked with techniques and seasonings inherited from western and oriental culinary cultures. To accompany them, a carefully selected list of Japanese wines and spirits, including natural white and red wines, sakes, umeshu or shōchū.
In the evening, from Tuesday to Saturday, we offer a formula including a starter and a dessert at 38 €.
Saturday lunch, you can enjoy a Japanese menu at 24 €, with the dish (meat or fish) with rice, salad and vegetable, and a dessert of your choice.
On Sunday, for 28 €, we propose a brunch inspired by the asagohan, breakfast in the Japanese way.
